1. Keep your aadhar or voter id Ready
2. Register on edistrict.delhi.gov.in

( keep registeration details safe as it will be used in future for all purpose like property, rations , welfare etc )

3. Login and apply on menu for services >> survivor certificate

…. Read the rules , do scan and fill form and submit

4. Once you obtain survivor certificate ,

Relogin and apply on menu >> Services >> Mukhyamantri COVID-19 Pariwar Aarthik Sahayata Yojna

5. Fill the form and submit

.. Note : Only after getting survivor certificate you can apply for the scheme .
