Health Festival” being organised by India Excellence Forum (www.ThinkIef.org) on 13 October 2019 at Gautam Buddha University Noida . The event puts the spotlight on the overall awareness on Mental Health, the stakeholders in the ecosystem of mental health and those working towards the mental and behavioural wellbeing of our country’s youth (age 12-17). The entire day will be loaded with culture events, panel discussions, school, university, NPOs and other stakeholders based participation along with a unique interactive art installation to address the theme of the event.

As a part of our outreach to the youth and students from schools  colleges and mental health professionals and survivors (in remission), we are inviting  delegations of students, survivors, care givers which will be able to attend the event and participate in it as well. With a keen intent to impact as many people as possible we aim to have  open discussions, reflection and submissions which aid in the  implementation of an effective mental health framework. We therefore seek to invite student  and other key stakeholders delegation from  schools , NPOs, NGOs, ,  for the event and would love to discuss about this in person or over a call if you have any doubts regarding the same.

Delegates  from schools and other organizations can register under the following categories:

  1. 20 / 30 Seconder video describing what mental health means to each one individually – the school can submit multiple entries and they will compiled to play as a movie during the event
  2. Open debate participants 1 from each school on the subject of Suicide prevention
  3. Short play (10 minutes) – nukkad natak on the subject of suicide prevention
  4. Art pieces on the subject of suicide prevention

Each winning participant will be awarded during the valedictory section.

Considering this is the onset of an awareness building initiative on the subject of suicide prevention, we invite you to come forward and participate in this annual event and become a part of a series of upcoming school based events on the subject of mental health.
